Gillian Little - Director
Originally
from London England, Gillian emigrated to Quesnel, BC in 1980, where she worked
as a nanny, and met her husband. They moved to Victoria in 1981 where Gillian trained and
worked as a dental assistant.
In 1986 they moved to Ontario
where Gillian trained and worked as a dental hygienist until 1994. This was the
year when Gillian was diagnosed with Scleroderma (CREST).
They moved to Alberta in 1997 and Gillian has
been associated with the Edmonton
support group since then. Her present role with this group is in
communications, with responsibility for sending out emails to inform members of
upcoming events. Gillian is also the telephone contact for the Scleroderma
Society of Canada, responding to inquiries about scleroderma or the activities
of the local and national organizations.
